Sotol: Sotol is an agave spirit that is primarily produced in the northern Mexican states like Chihuahua, Coahuila, and Durango. It is made from the Dasylirion wheeleri plant, more commonly known as Desert Spoon or Sotol. Sotol carries a unique flavor profile compared to other agave spirits and is often described as vegetal with notes of citrus.

Agave spirits like tequila, mezcal, raicilla, and sotol, have gained popularity around the world for their distinct flavors and cultural significance.
